背景[]
在“未来居民”中，当下的美国被未来人“占领”了。因为未来人的工作能力和工薪要求远低于当下的人，当下的人们都失去了工作，引起了众人的不满。最终镇民决定大搞同性爱情，从因果上消灭未来人，这时斯坦·马什表示，应该设法保护环境，让当下变得更加美丽，这样才能帮助未来人，未来人也就没必要回到当下找工作了。
于是，众人开始在这首歌为背景的蒙太奇里做各种工作，比如捡起垃圾、使用电力车和种植蔬果，与此同时，未来人渐渐开始消失。
