怪物幫是遊戲南方公園：完整破碎的爽脆降臨拓展包中出場的主要敵人，作為劇情中主要的障礙之一，需要克服。
背景[]
怪物幫在爽脆降臨這一拓展任務出場，他們首次出現在迷霧森林裡，圍攻孩子們，並在這之後一直與英雄們作對。怪物幫有各種外形，包括狼人、骷髏、南瓜怪、魚人等等，但他們並非真正的怪物，只不過是有前科的罪犯穿上了怪物戲服而已（好像就連這戲服都是租的，還回去的時候還不能太髒）。怪物幫被內森雇來嚇唬包括殘疾兒童在內的所有人離開塔蒂喀喀湖。他們從來沒有打算殺死輔導員，並對為像內森這樣扭曲和邪惡的人感到不滿，他們為內森工作只是為了賺錢。另外內森威脅他們，如果他們不從，他就會告訴假釋官他們脫了他的衣服，還強迫他看凱文·史派西的電影。
戰鬥能力[]
怪物幫有四種不同的怪物，力士，狙擊手，攫掠者、先鋒，每一種怪物都有着專屬於自己的一項技能，但也就只有一項。
作為拓展包中的敵人，他們像吸血鬼幫一樣，也有着戰鬥力分級的特點，也就是說，怪物們在戰鬥中的能力設定會隨着我方的戰力變化而變化。遊蕩的敵人會在戰鬥開始的時候確定戰鬥力，而劇情動畫緊接的敵人則在觸發動畫的時候確定——這使得我方可以在這些戰鬥開始之前修改自己的戰鬥力，使戰鬥變得極其簡單。
能力一共分為四檔，在我方戰力在0～554/555～636/637～718/719～836四個分區時表現出不同的戰鬥力。
