英国石油公司在墨西哥湾造成了大规模的石油泄漏，无意间释放了克苏鲁。这只怪物正在摧毁路易斯安那州新奥尔良市的一个游乐园。浣熊侠的到来是为了帮助阻止石油泄漏，并与克苏鲁成为朋友，从而开始了他们对世界上所有浣熊侠所憎恨的事物的联合恐怖统治。
